They discuss the problem with conspiracies, Tom puts his teacher hat on momentarily and provides an lesson on inflation and economics, Ciaran discusses finding a way to make ends meet after the period of Gardening leave comes to a close along with being a problem creator just to be a problem solver. 
Next up, the chaps spend some time exploring why hedonic spending is important even when money is tight and the virtues of being a restaurant tipper. 

I’m not the grown up, you are!

In this episode, Tom and Ciaran discuss what it means to be a grown up in todays society and what's different from our parents generation. They explore group mentality and the beauty of insignificance, the poverty of a 'we' thinking society versus an 'I' oriented environment and a whole bunch of other stuff including the obligatory Oasis mentions.
